At the core of our design practice is the one significant ingredient that drives our team: passion for creating unique design ideas and concepts that is just the right solution for a challenging project. We are always concerned about the effect our design and the building projects have on the environment and we try to create an understanding of the far-reaching implications of our work and the way it can alter the lives of humans and other species that share the planet. We strive to make all of our decisions by considering the economic, social, and environmental consequences of each one.

Green

We have developed a set of green conscious design standards that guide us as we practice our profession. The resulting building projects fit the budget and yield a product that is sustainable and energy efficient.

TRUE GREEN SPEC™: OUR GREEN BUILDING INITIATIVES

While local Architects and Engineers are struggling to understand and come to grasp the gist of the Green Building and Environmentally Conscious Projects, ARCHENICS has already taken the lead in not only implementing Green building technology but has become a pioneer into research of True Green products partnering with National Universities and their Research Departments. ARCHENICS has implemented the True Green Spec™, green specifications system ingeniously developed that is exclusive and proprietary product of ARCHENICS developed to compliment each clients’ Green Building Goals. ARCHENICS formerly known as Metro Group was the first Orlando based A&E company to design & complete roof top Green Turf roofing system in 2007. It is also amongst the first to have a flexible Solar Powered Array system operational over the clients 28,000 SF warehouse facility (completed 2008). Many new Projects now on our drawing board or under construction are eligible for Green Building Certification
